The Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering at the College of Engineering / Al-Ayen Iraqi University held an awareness workshop on "Cases under Process" for first-year students following the announcement of exam results. The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarmed K. Diab, Head of the AI Department, and Dr. Murtadha D. Abdullah, a member of the Central Examination Committee at the College.

The workshop aimed to clarify the mechanisms for processing academic cases in accordance with university regulations. It explained the procedures students must follow to meet success requirements and how to submit official requests for grade review or re-evaluation in accordance with approved regulations. The workshop also discussed solutions available to students with courses in remediation to ensure they meet academic requirements.

The workshop witnessed interaction from students, who asked questions about the mechanisms for processing their academic cases. The lecturers answered all questions, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the specified deadlines and official procedures to ensure the best results. This workshop is part of the department's efforts to support and guide students academically, helping them raise their academic level and achieve the desired success.
