Tasks of Unit

1. Receiving citizens from different sects, listening to their complaints, and directing them in the right way in order to achieve their requests and complete their work by reviewing the concerned departments, units, and divisions. 2. Organizing interviews with the respected President of the University. 3. Receiving the requests or complaints of citizens of all social segments (teachers, employees, non-employees and students) and submitting them to the respected President of the University for his opinion and then submitting them to the concerned authority for finding solutions and then re presenting them to the attention of the respected President of the University to obtain the final approvals 4. Referring applications to the relevant authorities, as directed by the respected President of the University, for finding appropriate solutions. 5. Follow-up requests and complaints sent by the office of the Respected President of the University or the office of the Respected Minister. 6. Informing citizens about the consequences of their requests or complaints by phone or verbally by visiting the unit to see the answer to their request directly and in a transparent manner.
